Associate Veterinarian Kauai (Small Animal GP + Urgent Care)
Associate Veterinarian Kauai (Small Animal GP + Urgent Care)
Description
Associate Veterinarian – Kaua‘i North Shore Animal Clinic
Kaua‘i North Shore Animal Clinicis a privately owned small animal practice located on Kaua‘i’s north shore in Kilauea, HI. We are looking for an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our team as we grow into our next phase.
We practice progressive, workup-based medicine with a strong emphasis on diagnostics, thorough case management, and a deliberate approach to patient care. We are a systems-oriented practice that values structure, efficiency, and clear communication, while maintaining the flexibility and connection of a privately owned hospital.
Practicing on Kaua‘i is unique. There is no 24/7 emergency hospital and no full-time specialists on island. Advanced care often requires a flight to O‘ahu and is not always feasible. As a result, our doctors are more involved in their cases, work through complex and urgent presentations, and see cases that would often be referred in mainland settings.
For the right person, that’s the best part!
